Makes sense to me, we beat Glenwood who are at 14, we destroyed college and westville who are 20 and 21 but we are ranked 32! Makes sense, michaelhouse are 9 so we will probably beat them this weekend and fall out of the top 40!

What a load of S@%t…. How can Kearsney be ranked lower than the other Natal teams when clearly they have had the best results. Glenwood should also not be considered because they were caught cheating with over age players……
Queens has beaten selborne and grey pe but still so low……this is not ryt

KES beats Monnas 15-11. Good game for the Reds,keep it up Gents!!!!!
Garsfontein 64 Zwartkop 5, I think that again shows why Garsfontein is in the top 40….
Affies not a bad side, were lucky to beat KES a few weeks back 17 – 15. KES kicker had a bad day a missed 15 points, had Affies all the way from the first whistle, a rematch would be great. Poor Maritzburg College suffered a beating at the hands of KES 44-27 last weekend. Go KES Reds keep up the awesome performances.

Check my facts and please correct me if I’m wrong, but the reason Garsfontein is in the top 40 is because they did not loose a single game this year and won all games Convincingly mostly with 30+ points, does that count for anything??
Hope to see Paul Roos back on top after this weekend against Paarl Gym,gonna be a great Game.Not taking anything away from Tygerberg but PRG did play a weak team against them probably because they just came off from the WilderKlaver tournement and Paarl Gym this weekend aslo a few injuries ,hope to see a full strength team against Paarl Gym !!But congrats to Tygerberg on a great win,just goes to show what can happen if you get big headed,boy rugby in the western cape is great now!Craven week is ours!
I agree with Ajen Centurion are by far one of the Top 5 schools and to run in 6 tries against Waterkloof a Top school and 5 against EG Jansen in no small feat.
Transvalia thrashed Rustenburg over the weekend and is the one team who this year caused most of monnas injuries and resulting in monnas having to rely now on their reserve power to succeed and narrowly loosing to them after leading half time.
Monnas lost to Nelspruit and HTS middelburg and both are ranked below Monnas.
Rustenburg and Garsfontein are the only teams I do not know what they doing in the Top 40 but the other teams all deserve a place in the Top 40
Waterkloof beat Affies – Affies is definetley to high on the ranking for my opinion

Centurion beat all competition including Waterkloof in the NU Power final 49-47
They also beat EG jansen on the way to the final and Kempies
They play a similiar rugby than Paarl boys and in my mind are one of the Top 10 schools from a neutral eyes.

Ag nee julle is belaglik met julle kritisie. Net omdat hul teen die 930 ste ranked pyl rugby span in die land verloor het beteken nie hul speel nie met passie nie. Sover dit oor arrogansie gaan, wys my 1span op Wildeklawer fees nie windgat was nie. Dis skole rugga, dis party se pinnacle van hul rugby career, hul verloor nie aspris nie…die naweek wen hul dalk(ok 10teen1 )nie vir Gim dan is almal very happy supporters.
I’m sorry the movement in rankings makes no sense. PRoos lose and go down 4 places(Tygerberg has been getting caned all season are barely a top100 school).Sacs lose to top 20 side (Boland landbou) and go down 7 places?????Rondebosch beat a super b league team (brackenfell another top 100 school)suddenly fly up the ranking to 30 this after they lost to Wynberg???? Please explain to me how Wynberg are 12# because they have only played Rondebosch.

These rankings are bullshit micheal houe can never be 9th and waterkloof 17. I watched the MH , hilton match pta boys who are 39 will give them 30 points.
@just seems as though prg have never had staying payer, bmt or real maroon pride for those who are bought into the side@.

Maybe look to publish how you work your stats vs sa school sports – rankings differ ??
Lets look towards getting them more inline with each other . Its not just about win records but about the quality of schools you play . A loss by 3 against paarl gim maybe better than a win against xyz .
Maybe also look to have cumualtive stats for 1 / 3 / 5 yrs – not just a lucky year or good buying -hahaha – this will give you a true rugby school
Lets look at
we keep our formulas like other mediums to ourselves, we invested allot to get such formula in place to help us rank more accurately, we believe our ranks are very accurate.
if we work on back dated ranks you will have Grey College stuck at nr1 the whole time on overall results, e.g. they lost 2 games in last 93 matches against the best. its a great idea but the weekly ranks and the final ranks at the end of the season has more excitement as there is allot of movement each week as schools get to play against tuffer oppositions
Proud to say Queens beat Grey Pe this last weekend. Grey PE 8th on log and QC 13th. Dale is next on our list. Good luck Queens.
was a bit dissapointed to see The Green Machine down at 14th then noticed DHS weren't even on the list so now I'm laughing so much it hurts.
maybe Paul Roos should move out of the Top 40..hopefully the heads will then reduce to the appropriate size.
The players of Michaelhouse is not known and not facing the camara, also the pciture was made available to us via Hilton source, obviously not supplying us all the information of the other characters.

Sad when the photo posted only says Hilton College Rugby, when there are 4 players in the picture, 2 Michaelhouse players (red and white hoops) 2 in White (Hilton) and then the rankings reflect that Michaelhouse is 9th and Hilton 25th.
