The disciplinary hearing for France under 20 player, Anthony Rochet, will be held in London on Wednesday 5 February before an independent Six Nations Committee of three.
The player was red carded in the match between France u20 and England u20 in Draguignan on Friday 31 January for striking an opponent with his head, contrary to Law 10.4 (a).
Law 10.4 (a) states: Punching or striking. A player must not strike an opponent with the fist or arm, including the elbow, shoulder, head or knee(s).
