BNZ Crusaders Super Sale selling out fast!

Loading...To celebrate the BNZ Crusaders’ 200th player, 200 tickets to the opening game of the 2017 season were offered for sale today at $9 and sold out within minutes of going on sale at 9 am.
Since the inaugural season of Super Rugby in 1996, 197 players have pulled on the Crusaders jersey. With 14 members of the 2017 squad yet to earn a Crusaders cap, we are expecting to celebrate our 200th Crusader within the first few rounds of this season and quite possibly at the first game against the Brumbies at AMI Stadium on Saturday 25 February.
BNZ Crusaders CEO Hamish Riach said this was a unique milestone and one worth celebrating.
“As we head into our 22nd Crusade, we have won 200 of our 300 matches are we are about to mark our 200th Crusader. It is an incredibly proud history and also a very exciting future as we take on the 2017 season with a new coaching group and a number of new players.
“We wanted to celebrate that with the people who mean the most to us – our supporters. So we created a ‘Super Sale’ that includes 200 $9 tickets to the opening game against the Brumbies, as well as a $99 Platinum Package deal for the Brumbies and Blues games, and a $119 Golden 3 Game NZ Super Pass for our three derby games at home. The 200 tickets for the Brumbies game sold out pretty much as soon they went on sale this morning, but it is not too late to pick up tickets for our two other great package deals,” Mr Riach said.

The BNZ Crusaders will face the Brumbies at 7:35 pm on Saturday 15 February at Christchurch’s AMI Stadium.
