Elton Jantjies will earn his 100th cap in Vodacom Super Rugby for the Emirates Lions when they host the Brumbies at Emirates Airline Park this Saturday, 19 May, at 17:15.

Hacjivah Dayimani makes his way back into the starting line-up at eight, Madosh Tambwe and Sylvian Mahuza will be the wings while Aphiwe Dyantyi and Rohan Janse van Rensburg will partner at centre.

Ross Cronjé, Corné Fourie, Len Massyn and Shaun Reynolds has entered the fray on the bench.

Gates open at 13:30 with TAU Rugby taking place from 14:00 – 16:00.

  • International Museum Day always takes place on or around 18 May. We decided to coincide this day with our team announcement to commemorate the Ellis Park Rugby Museum, arguably one of the best in the world. The creation of the museum was a joint venture between the Golden Lions Rugby Union and Swys Joubert. The museum was officially opened on 1 October 2013. Highlights to look out for include a Springbok blazer from 1903, a signed rugby ball from the 1906 Springbok rugby team led by Paul Roos and the Frik du Preez personal collection amongst others.
