Loading...The all new Greyventeins Touchies will move to a new venue for its annual 1 Touch Tournament on 7 November. Greyventeins Attorneys is proud to be the new main sponsor for this year’s event which will also be moving to a new venue at Charlo Primary School.
There will also be some new additions to this year’s tournament which is fast becoming the most popular event on Port Elizabeth’s rugby calander.
96 GAMES will be played over 4 FIELDS, 320 PLAYERS competing in 5 DIVISIONS which includes a PRO, BEER, VETERANS, ROOKIE and an all NEW U13 DIVISIONS.
The players will also enjoy a NUTRITECH RECOVERY ZONE, a SCORE ENERGY ZONE and a REFRESHHH CHILL ZONE. DJ SCORE will alos be entertaining the crowds during the day.
Some of the “PRO” players include Curwin Bosch, Malcolm Jaer, Monty du Mont, Justin Peach, Selwyn Davids, Andile Witboooi, Kevano King and Nfumeko Ngam, just to name a few.
There will be a coffee bar while SAB will provide a beer tent and the CHARLO SUPPORTERS CLUB will have foodstalls, so make sure you come hungry and thirsty.
GREYVENSTEINS ATTORNEYS, AQUELLE, THE PAXTON HOTEL, POWERADE, WIMPY WALMER PARK, JOHN DORYS WALMER PARK, SCORE, NUTRITECH, REFRESHHH, KAYMAR LOGISTICS, BRAIN BANDS SPORTS, BLUE WATERS CAFE and BOARDWALK CASINO will provide some great prizes. The winners of the PRO division will get R4000 and the runners-up R2000, while one lucky player will win a weekend away for four people at GROOTNEK GUEST FARM sponsored by Gawie Le Roux.
The day starts at 9am and will finish with the prize giving at 4pm.
