Herbst to feature for Vodacom Blue Bulls

Loading...New recruit Wiehan Herbst will make his first appearance in the light blue this weekend when the Vodacom Blue Bulls take on iSG Pumas in a SuperSport Rugby Challenge warm-up match at Loftus Versfeld on Saturday.
Herbst joined the squad on Monday from Ulster and coach Nollis Marais had little hesitation to call on the prop’s services.
Marais also named a number of new faces into the team,including former Garsfontein High School stand-out, Diego Appolis, in the midfield and will have Springbok flanker, Marco van Staden, on the flank.
The match kicks off at 12h30.
The team is: Earl Douwrie, Cameron Hufke, Altus Momsen, Diego Appollis, Andell Loubser, Wian van Zyl, Andre Warner, Paul Schoeman, Roelof Smit, Marco van Staden, Ashton Fortuin, Adre Smith, Wiehan Herbst, Franco Botha, Matthys Basson.
