Six players from Kearsney College’s 1st XV have been selected for the KZN u18 team to play at Craven Week, and a further two will represent the provincial B team.

Flank Jean-Luc du Preez, lock Daniel du Preez, scrumhalf Matt Reece-Edwards, number eight Ayron Schramm, flyhalf Tristan Tedder and hooker Jordan Meaker will participate in Craven Week which will be held during the July holidays.

Having been selected for the KZN u18B team, Kearsney fullback Christopher Lines and prop Tijde Visser will participate in the SA Academy Week.

This is the third season that the Du Preez twins have been selected to play at Craven Week, and following last year’s event they were selected for the SA Schools team.  Schramm participated in the last year’s Academy Week.
