The medical team of the Steval Pumas revealed that only three players will be seeing specialists during the course of the day after the Vodacom Cup encounter against the Xerox Golden Lions on Saturday. The Lions won the match by 24-16.

 

Team doctor, Dr Kobus Hugo said this about the following players:

• Jannie Stander will go for a MR scan on a knee ligament injury
• JC Roos will see a specialist with a forearm cartridge injury
• Stefan Watermeyer will go for a sonar on a heel bursitis
• Hennie Skorbinski is still out for another four weeks after a successful nose operation.
