There have been changes to the match officials for Saturday’s two Tests on the final day of the Castle Lager Incoming Series between Italy and Scotland, and South Africa and Samoa.

These changes were made following an injury during training to Ireland’s John Lacey, who was scheduled to referee the match between the Springboks and Samoa.

Pascal Guazère of France will now be in charge of this match, with Leighton Hughes of Wales the referee in the Test between Scotland and Italy.

Updated match official appointments for Loftus Versfeld:

Scotland v Italy (14h15)

Referee: Leighton Hodges (Wales)

Assistant referees: Lourens van der Merwe (South Africa), Cobus Wessels (South Africa)

Television match official: Deon van Blommestein (South Africa)

South Africa v Samoa (17h15)

Referee: Pascal Gauzère (France)

Assistant referees: Nigel Hennessy (Wales), JP Doyle (England)

Television match official: Deon van Blommestein (South Africa)
