The Steval have reached the quarterfinals by beating the Leopards XV 29-28 on their home turf on Friday evening. The game in Potchefstroom was a tight one with exciting rugby played by both all the way to the last minute.

The Leopard XV team knew they had to win to stay in the mix and gave it their all but the STEVAL PUMAS were just too good.

The game between the STEVAL PUMAS and the PAMPAS XV starts at 19:10 here at the Mbombela Stadium in Nelspruit

2. BIG NEWS for our Scholar Supporters!
Scholars in their school Uniforms are invited free of charge to attend the game between the STEVAL PUMAS and the PAMPAS XV.

This is how you can make use of this offer:

 Kids must wear their official school uniform or tracksuits
 Arrive 2 hours before the match to collect scholar’s tickets from the Mbombela Stadium Ticket Office. (We have to issue a ticket for every person who enters the stadium. It is a safety law.)
 We recommend that schools arrive in groups so that a teacher or adult can collect the tickets in bulk. The kids must be present.

4. The Brand New “PUMAS FAN Park”

The pumas fan park will be opening at 4pm on Friday for the match between the STEVAL PUMAS and the PAMPAS XV.

Here is what is on offer at the PUMAS FAN Park:
 Music and entertainment by Sakkie from Lowveld Sound Promotions will continue until the rugby start. Entertainment will commence again after the main event in the stadium has concluded.
 Beer Garden – There will be multiple refreshment areas setup for fast and effective service.
 Mini Rugga Field – Open for kids and adults to play smack bam in the middle of the entertainment area.
Outdoor Hospitality Areas – These pre-marked out areas that can be booked by sending an email to jj@pumas.co.za. The cost for an area of roughly 7 x 10 m is R1 000 / area and will include a braai with a bag of charcoal, blitz & 6 entry tickets to watch the STEVAL PUMAS VS the PAMPAS XV.
 This is a great team building opportunity
 Kiddies Play Area – The play area will consists of jumping castles and the mini Rugga Field

5. PUMAS FAN PARK teams up with Mpumalanga Signal Unit to host their annual “Potjiekos” Competition 2013
 The “Potjie” competition will be held in the PUMAS Fan Park from just after 7am on Friday morning so the public will be welcome to bring picnic baskets and come spend the day with the contestants.
 There will be more than 200 people on the park contesting for the title of “Potjie kos” Kings in the Park
 Tons of fun and games including, touch rugby, boere sport and other live interactive games.
 Kol Loy De Jager is the Guest of honour. He is the Commanding Officer of 2 Signal Regiment under which the Mpumalanga Signal Unit serves.
