Although the Springboks are flying the flag on foreign soil, thousands of kilometres away, they have an entire nation behind them!
Vodacom will be behind our boys in green and gold every step of the way in their mission to become the first nation to lift the Webb Ellis Cup for a record third time. As the official Telecommunications partner of the Springboks for the past 21 years, Vodacom will be keeping the Boks covered for the duration of the tournament.
Vodacom handed over Vodafone SIM cards to each member of the Springbok team, loaded with unlimited data usage, unlimited UK SMSes and unlimited UK calls for the duration of their stay there.
Vodacom are firmly behind the team and pledged their unwavering support to Springbok coach Heyneke Meyer, captain, Jean de Villiers and our team of champions!
Vodacom was there to bid the Springboks farewell at the official Springbok Send Off held at Montecasino on Friday 11 September.
