The Canterbury Mitre 10 Cup team will play Manawatu in Palmerston North this Saturday afternoon.  Head Coach Scott Robertson has made three changes to the starting fifteen that beat Hawke’s Bay last weekend.

In the forwards, hooker Ben Funnell steps back into the starting spot while Tom Crozier will be preparing to make his Canterbury debut from off the bench.

Young halfback Ere Enari gets his first start this week and the experienced Alby Mathewson, who has been called into the squad as injury cover for Mitchell Drummond, will play his first Canterbury game off the bench.

The other change in the backs is at wing, with Marshall Suckling starting this week and Johnny McNicholl taking a place in the reserves.
