Ticket sales for Test in Bloemfontein now available

Loading...Free State Rugby is excited to announce that tickets for the Castle Lager Incoming Series match between South Africa and England on Saturday, 16 June 2018 in Toyota Stadium in Bloemfontein are now availible.
“We are very excited to host a Test again this year. It is a special occasion for the Free State and its people. It will be a great privilege to see the Springboks and England play in Bloemfontein,” said Mr. Mr. Jerry Segwaba, President of the Free State Rugby Union.
“We looked at the needs of our supporters and created more ticket categories to offer more affordable ticket prices,” said Mr. Harold Verster, Managing Director of the Free State Cheetahs (Pty) Ltd. “Ticket prices start from as little as R100 each”.
“History shows that a Springbok Test match can result in a total contribution of R155 million to the local economy. It is also projected that a Test can result in the creation or sustainment of approximately 400 temporary and permanent jobs,” said Mr. Ryno Opperman, Chairman of the Board.
The last time the South Africa and England met in Bloemfontein was on 26 May 2007 when the Boks beat England with 58-10. The last time the English won a Test in South Africa, was in 2000 in Bloemfontein, but Eddie Jones’ team won the most recent meeting between sides, on 12 November 2016, at Twickenham, by 37-21.
The Springboks will be playing in three Tests in South Africa against England of which the second Test is in Bloemfontein. When England last visited these shores, the Boks won two of the three Tests while the third ended in a draw.
This will be the 40th Test between South Africa and England and the Boks’ 15th home encounter against the currently second ranked team in the world.

Season ticketholders will have until 2 May 2018 to buy their tickets where after these reserved seats will be opened for the general public if not taken up by the season ticket holder. In other words – the only way to secure your seat is to buy the ticket before 2 May 2018.

Kaartjies vir Toets in Bloemfontein nou beskikbaar
Vrystaat Rugby is verheug om aan te kondig dat kaartjies vir die ‘Castle Lager Incoming Series’ wedstryd tussen Suid-Afrika en Engeland op Saterdag, 16 Junie 2018 in Toyota-stadion in Bloemfontein, nou beskikbaar is.
“Ons is opgewonde om weer hierdie jaar ‘n Toets te kan aanbied. Dit is ‘n spesiale geleentheid vir die Vrystaat en sy mense. Dit sal vir ons ‘n groot voorreg wees om die Springbokke en Engeland in Bloemfontein te kan sien speel,” het Mnr. Jerry Segwaba, President van die Vrystaatse Rugby-unie gesê.
“Daar is spesifiek gekyk na die behoefte van ondersteuners en meer kaartjiekategorieë is geskep om meer opsies vir bekostigbare kaartjiepryse te kan bied,” het mnr. Harold Verster, Besturende Direkteur van die Vrystaat Cheetahs (Edms.) Bpk. gesê. “Kaartjiepryse begin van so min as R100 ‘n kaartjie.
“Die ekonomiese impak van ‘n Toets in ‘n stad soos Bloemfontein is groot en voordelig vir almal. Studies het getoon dat ‘n Springbok Toets tot R155 miljoen in ‘n plaaslike ekonomie kan bydra. Daar word voorspel dat ‘n Toets wedstryd kan help om ongeveer 400 tydelike en permanente werksgeleenthede te skep of in stand te hou,” het Ryno Opperman, Voorsitter van die Direksie gesê.
Die vorige keer wat die Suid-Afrika en Engeland teen mekaar in Bloemfontein gespeel het, was op 26 Mei 2007 toe die Bokke Engeland met 58-10 gewen het. Die laaste keer wat Engeland ‘n Toets in Suid-Afrika gewen het was in 2000 in Bloemfontein, maar Eddie Jones se span het die laaste kragmeting tussen die twee spanne op 12 November 2016 op Twickenham met 37-21 gewen.
Die Springbokke speel in drie Toetse teen Engeland in Suid-Afrika, waarvan die tweede Toets in Bloemfontein is. Toe Engeland die vorige keer in Suid-Afrika was, het die Bokke twee van die drie Toetse gewen en die derde gelykop gespeel.
Hierdie sal die 40ste Toets tussen Suid-Afrika en Engeland wees en die Bokke se 15de tuis wedstryd teen die span wat tans tweede op die wêreld ranglys is.
Kaartjies vir die kragmeting is vanaf 7 Maart beskikbaar en sleg verkrygbaar vanaf die kaartjiekantoor in Toyota-stadion of aanlyn by www.fscheetahs.co.za.

Let asb. daarop dat die Vrystaat Cheetahs (Edms.) Bpk. en Vrystaatse Rugby-unie GEEN verantwoordelikheid neem vir kaartjies wat deur ‘n nie-amptelike kanaal aangekoop is nie.
Seisoenkaartjiehouers se kaartjies word tot en met 2 Mei 2018 gereserveer waarna dit op 3 Mei 2018 oopgestel sal word vir algemene verkope indien die kaartjie nie opgeneem is nie. Die enigste manier om jou sitplek m.a.w. te reserveer sal wees om dit voor 2 Mei 2018 te betaal.
