Heinrich Brussow is Toyota’s Toughest Cheetah for 2012. Heinrich was selected by the coaches of the Toyota Free State Cheetahs and the award was made to him on Tuesday, the 4th of December at the Free State Stadium.

Throughout the Vodacom Super Rugby and Currie Cup season, the coaches named a player after every match who made the Toyota’s Toughest Tackle as well as a player who they reckoned was the Toyota’s Most Valuable Player.   Two players received a cash price each week from Toyota as a reward for the game they’ve played.   At the end of the year, Heinrich Brussow was the player who received the awards the most times.  With the compliments of Toyota Brussow received the grand price of R20 000.00.

Lappies Labuschagne was Toyota’s Most Valuable player in 2011 and was the first player to receive this award from Toyota.
