13 APRIL 2016 – Vodacom is making every effort to get a greater understanding of the likes and dislikes of South African rugby supporters to properly cater to their needs.
Launching the fourth of six short surveys on the Vodacom Rugby portal (http://www.vodacomrugby.co.za/vodacom-rugby-survey-2016/), Vodacom encourage fans to complete all questions and stand a chance of winning a once-in-a-lifetime trip to the 2016 Vodacom Super Rugby Final.
One lucky rugby supporter that completes all six surveys can join Vodacom at the final with a partner. We will also be rewarding other lucky survey participants with two LG smartphones up for grabs in a lucky draw, after each survey.
Each survey takes less time to complete than it is to score the average try in Vodacom Super Rugby.
These surveys consist of 10 questions each that range from what sport fans enjoy doing, how much time they spend watching rugby and other sporting interests.
We also delve a little deeper and ask about where and how our fans consumer their rugby content and what content is of interest.
The format is an easy to use dropdown menu with multiple choice answers which only requires one click before automatically moving on.
The survey is the only way for supporters to earn their spot to the final with Vodacom without spending any money but participants need to make sure they complete all six surveys to stand a chance of winning the grand prize.
This national survey will enable Vodacom to produce a psycho graphic analysis of South African rugby fans.
We believe this survey is the biggest qualitative research of its kind in the rugby industry, as currently there is no up to date research available on Rugby consumer behaviour.
It’s about giving YOU, the fans, the opportunity to tell us who you are and what you want.
We want to ensure that rugby fans get the ultimate experience both in and out of stadium, through our impressive rugby sponsorship portfolio.
