Nashua Kwagga Junior Week

Loading...High school Outeniqua will be presenting the Nashua Kwagga Junior Week once again from 30 March until 4 April during the forthcoming school holidays. Since 1995, the Rugby week has been hosted annually and has become and outstanding success. Many regard it as the biggest Junior Rugby Week in the country. This year will see Outeniqua host no fewer than 36 teams, the most since the Weeks inception in 1995. The U/14’s in particular represent a great percentage of the top Rugby Schools in South Africa.
The match days are scheduled for Saturday 31 March, Monday 2 April and Wednesday 4 April. All the games will be hosted at High School Outeniquas’ fields.
Friday 30 March at 19:00 an opening ceremony will be presented and all are welcome to attended the event.
The events can boast with staggering figures as more than a thousand youngsters, coaches and parents in George will be attending the event. The tournament is important to George seeing that it will be a much needed cash injection for local businesses. Those who are wishing to get involved must please contact Outeniqua for more information.
Entrance is free of charge and all are welcome to share an enjoyable time. Mouth-watering breakfasts and lunches can be enjoyed during the games at Outeniquas’ very own restaurant, “KWAGGA CUISINE”.
