South Africa took on Portugal in the opening game of the Dubai 7s.

The Blitzbokke looks a little rusty in the first quarter but managed to turn things around. They used the width of the field beautifully and showed great pace in a clinical performance.

Werner Kok scored a Hatrick and Branco kicked 3 from 3 conversions.

Warrick Geland earned his first cap for the Blitzbokke.

Philip Snyman Scored his first try in Dubai.
