Boland Cavaliers pre-season (warm-up) matches 2017

Loading...IN preparation for the Supersport Rugby Challenge (SRC), which is set to kick-off in six weeks time on 23 April 2017, the Boland Cavaliers have confirmed three warm-up matches between 18 March and 11 April.

The Cavaliers will face WP’s Emerging side on Saturday 18 March 2017 at 10:30, followed by a match against WP’s Provincial team on Friday 24 March 2017 at 16:00. Both matches will be played at the Boland Stadium in Wellington.
On Tuesday 11 April 2017 the Cavaliers will face WP’s U.21 team at the High-Performance Centre in Bellville. This match will kick-off at 11:00.
According to Randall Modiba, head coach of the Boland Cavaliers, these warm-up matches are very important in terms of the team’s pre-season progress.
“These warm-up matches will give us a chance to take our processes further and to the next level, in order to achieve our priority objectives for the season.
“We are also excited to release some new combinations in the coming weeks,” Modiba added.
Saturday’s (18 March 2017) match against WP’s Emerging team in Wellington will be open to the public (free entry).
