Mfundo scored a try when his team was under huge pressure in their match against Western Province. The Pumas had already been playing in 14 men for 15minutes after Christiaan Schuld received a yellow card in the 19th minute and Adriaan Bester received a yellow card in the 27th minute. During this period Western Province had scored 21 points when, in the 34th minute, Mfundo, received the ball on the Western province 10meter line and run through the province defence to score in the corner.
