The Crusaders Knights will play their final game of the season tomorrow against the Highlanders Development team.

 

A number of players involved in tomorrow’s game have just returned from the New Zealand Under 20s trial camp, including George Bridge, Lu Laulala, Nathanial Apa, Johnny Fa’auli, Sam Godwin, Tom Hill, Josh Goodhue, Jack Goodhue, Blair Prinsep and Mitch Dunshea.

 

For Jack Goodhue, it is his first time playing for the Crusaders Knights as he was involved in the All Black Sevens team prior to attending the U20s camp.  Mitch Dunshea and JJ Manning are also set to play their first Knights game of this season if they come off the bench.
The game will be played at Pleasant Point, kicking off at 1pm tomorrow. It is is the fourth fixture that the Crusaders Knights development team have played this season and their third against the Highlanders Development team.  They have so far had a 19-all draw and a 24-8 win against the Highlanders Development side, and a 38-21 win against the Hurricanes Development side.
