The Crusaders take on the Waratahs from New South Wales this Friday 31 May at AMI Stadium (Addington). Kick-off is at 7.35pm

Head Coach Todd Blackadder has announced the team to play the New South Wales visitors making three changes to the starting fifteen who played the Chiefs last weekend.

Corey Flynn returns from an injury to his hamstring to take the number two jersey moving Ben Funnell to the bench. A fractured finger for Sam Whitelock gives Dominic Bird the opportunity to start alongside Luke Romano while Jimmy Tupou comes onto the bench. In the backs the jostle for halfback position see’s Willi Heinz make the starting fifteen and Andy Ellis move to the bench.

This is the last game the Crusaders will play at home before a four week break. Fans are encouraged to come out and support the team and tickets can be purchased through Ticket Direct (ticketdirect.co.nz or 0800 224 224) or from The Warehouse. Tickets start from as little as $16 for Adults and $7.50 for kids 16years and under (plus service fees). Take a Kid to Footy (1 Adult, 1 Child) tickets are only $24.

Fans are reminded that there will be a free direct bus service to the game at AMI Stadium. The Rugby Express park and ride service will run from Northwood Supa Centre, The Hub Hornby, The Palms, Beresford Street (via New Brighton and Eastgate) and Merivale Mall, returning rugby fans back to their base after the game.
