23)  In 2009 Harlequins rugby player Tom Williams left the field during a Heineken Cup quarterfinal rugby match at Twickenham with blood streaming from his mouth. As a temporary replacement Nick Evans, a specialist kicker was allowed onto the field under the “blood” rules. Evans took a last minute kick but missed and Harlequins lost the match. The blood from his mouth was because of a blood capsule he had inserted to fake injury so that the specialized kicker could come on.   Do you think this is cheating or tactics? You decide that it would be more beneficial for you to get a certain lane in the final.  You under perform in the hope of getting your favorite lane. By under performing you run the risk of not even qualifying but that is the risk you take. You swim the heat and don’t swim your heart out and end up getting the lane that you think would be best for you in the final. You win gold in the final. Is that cheating or tactics?
