Francois Davids re-elected as Boland Rugby Union president

Mr. Francois Davids was re-elected as president of the Boland Rugby Union last night (Thursday, February 24, 2011) during the union’s Annual General Meeting.
Mr. Davids will serve as BRU president for a term of four years.
VICE–PRESIDENT:
Mr. Nigel Samuels of the Langebaan Rugby Club replaces Mr. Arthob Petersen as vice president of the BRU. Mr. Samuels will also serve for a term of four years.
ADDITIONAL MEMBERS:
Mrs. Adriana Pieterse, Mr. Mannetjies du Plessis, Mr John Triskey, Mr. Hendrik Snyders, Mr. Izak Japhta and Mr. Michael Schaeffers were elected as additional members of the BRU.
Mrs. Pieterse term is also four years, since she is the additional member with the most votes. The other additional members shall serve for a term of two years.
