Hurricanes Prepare for Battle with Bulls

The Hurricanes will play their first match on South African soil this season, when they meet the Bulls at Loftus Versfeld in Pretoria this Sunday (NZ Time).

This will be the Canes’ second of a three week run against South African conference sides. The team will face the Cheetahs in Bloemfontein the following week before heading back to New Zealand.

The Hurricanes will continue a 5/2 split on the bench this weekend. The changes include the return of both Reggie Goodes and Jack Lam to the 22, and Tim Bateman on the bench swapping with Pisi.

Kick off this Sunday is at 5.10am in New Zealand. Locally the match kicks off on Saturday evening at 7.10pm.
