Steval Pumas hooker Jacques Momberg will be available for selection for this weekend’s Absa Currie Cup action following the outcome of his judicial hearing on Tuesday morning.
Momberg was cited for transgressing Law 10 (b), for allegedly stamping or trampling on an opponent. He received a yellow card for the incident which took place in the 42nd minute of their clash in Durban against the Cell C Sharks last Saturday.
The Judicial Officer, advocate Donny Jacobs, upheld the citing and expunged the yellow card.Eastern Province Kings fullback Hansie Graaff was suspended for one match after being found guilty of striking an opponent in their Absa Currie Premier Division clash against the Xerox Golden Lions in Johannesburg last Saturday.
As a result of the sanction he will miss the EP King’s next match against the Toyota Free State Cheetahs in Port Elizabeth on Friday evening.

The judicial hearing of SWD Eagles right wing Clinton Wagman was postponed until Wednesday. The player received a red card for allegedly striking an opponent in their match against the Hino Valke.
The incident occurred in the 28th minute of the match.
All the hearings were held via teleconference on Tuesday morning.
