The charge against of Anton Peikrishvili of Cardiff Blues for acts contrary to good sportsmanship, contrary to Law 10.4(m) was heard in Bristol this evening.

Peikrishvili pleaded guilty and was given a six-week suspension which was backdated to Tuesday 22nd November. He is free to play again on Monday 2nd January.

The prop was sent off by referee Ben Whitehouse in the Anglo Welsh Cup match between Cardiff Blues and Ospreys for biting Rob McCusker of Ospreys. The incident occurred in the second half of the match.

The joint WRU/RFU Disciplinary panel comprised of Roger Morris (Chairman, WRU), John Doubleday and Paul Stannett (RFU).
