What are your proudest achievements?
Winning the World Cup in 2019 and winning the URC with Munster.

What do you love about your position?
Playing lock is great because you are involved in most aspects of the game. Keys to excelling are getting the basics right – focusing on lineouts, breakdown cleanouts, ball carries and making tackles.

Which parts of your game have improved the most over the past year?
My lineout calling.

What boots do you play in?
I play in the PUMA Avant Pro, which are the most comfortable.

What attracted you to partner with the PUMA?
The people at PUMA are why I wanted to partner with them.

What keeps you motivated during tough times like experiencing a long-term injury?
The hope of being part of the team again, and pulling that jersey over your head.

You are active on social media, what content do you like to share?
Mostly rugby content.

Your favourite ways to spend time away from the game?
Photography and playing golf.

You played for Munster. What did you enjoy on and off the field?
The thing I enjoy most about being with Munster is the community that surrounds Munster and playing in Thomond Park is one of the best experiences in rugby in my opinion.
