Schalk van der Merwe disciplinary hearing postponed

Loading...Toyota Free State Cheetahs prop Schalk van der Merwe’s disciplinary hearing, scheduled to take on Tuesday, has been postponed until Wednesday.
The player received a red card in the 74th minute of their Absa Currie Cup clash against the Vodacom Blue Bulls last Saturday for lifting opposition fullback Jurgen Visser in a tackle and failing to bring him back to the ground safely, therefore breaching Law 10.4 (j).
The hearing will take place at 11h00 in Cape Town. Adv André Oosthuizen will serve as the judicial officer.
