Tickets to the highly anticipated weekend of HSBC New Zealand Sevens and festival action are now on sale. Taking place from Saturday 21 to Sunday 22 January 2023 at FMG Stadium Waikato, tickets are available for single or multiple days, with an experience to suit everyone.

New Zealand Rugby (NZR) Sevens Tournament Director, Craig Morton urges fans to get in early to secure tickets to the biggest sporting party in Aotearoa, with early-bird pricing available until 31 October.

“The Sevens is shaping up to be bigger than ever, we have full men’s and women’s draws across two playing fields. Fans can expect to see the competitive, fast-paced intensity seen in the most recent Sevens World Cup competition,” said Morton.

37 South Managing Director and Tournament Promoter, Dallas Fisher is excited to see the return of the Sevens to Hamilton.

“The biggest sporting event of the summer is back and better than ever, we are really looking forward to the Sevens action and most importantly, the festival action. With a Māori and Pasifika food experience planned, along with to be announced entertainment, the HSBC Sevens NZ is a hot ticket.”

“This year, we’ve enhanced the two-day festival with an experience for all, whether fans are after a family friendly weekend, to party in the R18 Festival zone, or have the best view in reserved seating,” Fisher adds.

Prices for the tickets start from $45 for kids and $80 for adults excluding booking fees, with prices varying across each of the four zones. Tickets are available to purchase at Tickets | HSBC NZSevens, and NZR reminds fans to only purchase tickets from official channels and to avoid secondary on-line markets such as Viagogo.

The two day tournament zone details are below:

Blue Zone (Reserved Seating): The zone with the best view in the stadium, fans can park up in their reserved seats and enjoy all the action from their reserved seat in the Brian Perry Stand plus take in all the thrills of the HSBC NZ Sevens Festival.
Amber Zone (R18 + GA): For one day or two, fans can enjoy all the action on the pitch from a General Admission spot in the East Stand, tickets in the Amber Zone include access the Festival Zone for throughout the weekend. Green Zone (GA): Fans can bring the whole family and grab a pozzie on the grass embankment in the family friendly Greenzone. There will be a Fan Zone on Willoughby Park, with lots of rides and activities for kids and adults alike and for those over 18 years will also get access to the Festival Zone.
Pink Zone (GA): For fans wanting to take in the action of the HSBC NZ Sevens while being Alcohol-Free for the weekend, Pink Zone is the spot. Positioned in the north stand behind the try line fans will get access to both fields as well as the ability to have fun in the Fan Zone & Festival Zone (18+). Seating is unallocated, fans are encouraged to secure tickets early as seats are extremely limited.
