Toyota Cheetahs vs Stormers

The Toyota Cheetahs will be taking on the Stormers in a Vodacom Super Rugby match in Toyota Stadium in Bloemfontein on Saturday, 5 March 2016. The game kicks off at 17:10. Coach Franco Smith has announced his team for the encounter.

Changes to the team for last week:

· Paul Schoeman and Boom Prinsloo switch places with Schoeman in the starting line-up and Prinsloo on the bench.
· Francois Uys will be replacing Reniel Hugo on the bench.
Curtain Raiser
In a curtain raiser that kicks off at 14:30 the Toyota Free State XV will be facing a team from the Griffons in preparation of the Currie Cup competition.

Entertainment

The day promises to provide lots of excitement. Besides the rugby, supporters can enjoy a delicious Sparta steak at the Sparta Braai area on the upper level of the main stand. After the match, Bok van Blerk will be providing entertainment on the Castle Deck and Twizza will again be handing out giveaways on the field. Supporters are encouraged to come and meet the players on field after the match.

Ticket prices: Main Stand – R80 for adults, R60 for kids, Main Stand – R60 for adults and R20 for kids.

Tickets can be purchased online at www.fscheetahs.co.za or at the Ticket office at Gate 8 (Att Horak Avenue) at the Free State Stadium.

Gates open at 14:00.

Cheetahs vs Stormers
This will be the 16th SupeRugby encounter between the Toyota Cheetahs and the Stormers from Cape Town since 18 March 2006. The Stormers are leading with ten wins to the five wins of the Toyota Cheetahs.
It will also be the 8th time the teams meet at the Toyota Stadium – previously Free State Stadium – in Bloemfontein since the first Bloemfontein encounter on 3 February 2007 which the Toyota Cheetahs have won 27-9.
That day the Cheetahs outscored the Stormers three tries to none – by Springbok forwards Adriaan Strauss, CJ van der Linde and Kabamba Floors – and four penalties by Springbok Meyer Bosman (centre).
