The Toyota Cheetahs will face the Cell C Sharks in a local Vodacom Super Rugby derby this weekend with veteran loose forward Heinrich Brussow back in the mix after he’s recovered from injury.
Brussow comes into a reshuffled loose trio at openside flank in one of seven changes to the team, four of which are positional switches with Hennie Daniller moving to fullback and Willie le Roux to wing.

The only other change in the backline is at flyhalf, where Elgar Watts takes over from the concussed Johan Goosen. Riaan Smit is on the bench.

The new-look loose trio features Brussow, Boom Prinsloo at No 8 and Jean Cook on blindside flank in place of the injured Lappies Labuschagne, while Caylib Oosthuizen will start at loosehead prop for Trevor Nyakane.

Toyota Cheetahs team: Hennie Daniller, Cornal Hendricks, Johann Sadie, Ryno Benjamin, Willie le Roux, Elgar Watts, Sarel Pretorius, Boom Prinsloo, Jean Cook, Heinrich Brussow, Francois Uys, Lodewyk de Jager, Maks van Dyk, Adriaan Strauss, Caylib Oosthuizen. Replacements: Ryno Barnes, Trevor Nyakane, Rossouw de Klerk, Andries Ferreira, Teboho Mohoje, Shaun Venter, Riaan Smit, Raymond Rhule.
