The Vodacom Blue Bulls Under-19 side to face DHL Western Province in Cape Town on Saturday in Absa’s Provincial Under-19 Championships see one change to the side that won their opening match against the Leopards in Potchefstroom two weeks ago.

 

At hooker, Arno van Wyk comes off the bench to replace the injured Corniel Els, whilst former Pumas Schools player Wilmar Arnoldi takes Van Wyk’s number 16 jersey for this clash.

 

Fullback Jessie Kriel will again captain the side.

 

The team to play WP on Saturday at 13h30 is:  Jessie Kriel (c), Keagon Gordon, Daniel Kriel, Leighton van Wyk, Duncan Matthews, Kobus Marais, JP Smith, Carel Swart, Corne Cooper, Heinrich Viljoen, Nicolaas Janse van Rensburg, Bobby de Wee, Wilco Louw, Arno van Wyk, Pierre Schoeman (v/c). Replacements: Wilmar Arnoldi, Dayan van der Westhuizen, Justin Basson, Ngoaka Ralepelle, Kobus Wolmarans, Ganfried May, Marcus Kleinbooi, Piet-Louw Strauss.

Arno van Wyk op haker vir WP-stryd

 

Die Vodacom Blou Bulle se span wat Saterdag in Absa se Provinsiale Onder-19 reeks teen die Westelike Provinsie speel, toon een verandering van die span wat die Luiperds twee weke gelede in Potchefstroom geklop het. Arno van Wyk draf op haker uit in die plek van die beseerde Corniel Els. Wilmar Arnoldi is die nuwe plaasvervanger-haker.

 

Jessie Kriel voer weer die span vanuit die heelagter-posisie aan.
