Out of the 1699 total points scored over the two day u17 Inter Provincial Sevens Tournament this past weekend, the points that counted the most was when the Free State team celebrated their Cup Final win with 35 points over the Blue Bulls’ 12 points.
As part of their 150th year celebration, the two day tournament hosted at Durban High School, created an atmosphere like no other – it was not only fast paced and filled with high energy, but much cheering.
The DHS community congratulate the winning team and despite there being only one winner, the 15 teams that participated from around the country have offered the crowds the same good sportsmanship and entertainment that school boy rugby should offer.
