South Africa’s Craig Joubert, Jaco Peyper and Stuart Berry have been appointed to referee Tests in the November international window. The International Rugby Board announced the appointments on Tuesday with Joubert set to get the month underway by taking charge of the Test between the United States of America and New Zealand in Chicago on 1 November.

On the same day, Peyper will take up the whistle when Australia face the Barbarians at Twickenham in London, while Stuart Berry takes charge of Canada against Namibia in Colwyn Bay, Wales, a week later (7 November).

Joubert has a total of three appointments as referee – he will also be the man in the middle when Wales host Australia in Cardiff (8 November) and when Italy face Argentina in Genova (15 November). In addition he will run touch for the Wales v New Zealand Test in Cardiff (22 November).

Peyper, who will be one of the Assistant Referees for Joubert in Cardiff and for the Wales v Fiji Test in Cardiff (15 November), has one more appointment, as referee at Twickenham when England take on Samoa (22 November).

Berry has been appointed as Assistant Referee in two further Tests in November. For the full list of match official appointments as announced by the IRB, click here.

The Springboks’ four Tests on the Castle Lager Outgoing Tour will be refereed by Romain Poite of France (against Ireland in Dublin on 8 November), Australia’s Steve Walsh (against England in London on 15 November), Jerome Garces of France (against Italy in Padova on 22 November) and John Lacey of Ireland (against Wales in Cardiff on 29 November).
